Deployment
This focus area plans and executes activities related to deploying the Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) to VA medical centers, associated clinics, and remote services, including coordinating pre- and post-deployment activities for sites.
Solution Management
This focus area manages the Federal EHR solution itself. It coordinates functional and technical development, testing, incident handling, optimization, stabilization, and post-go-live operations. It integrates the release management cycle with deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of new capabilities, updates, and enhancements.

Program Services
This focus area oversees the programmatic functions of the EHR Modernization program including program controls such as scheduling and risk administration, contracting and acquisitions, records management, and financial management.
Integrated Services
This focus area manages communications across VA and with stakeholders, including Congress, OIG, GAO, and the media. It will also manage project-action tracking, travel, human resources, and internal operations to keep us connected and informed.
