Being able to make data-driven decisions, starts with end-to-end visibility of your data. Agencies need “observability” to understand, detect and predict data issues before they happen. This session will explore best practices in data “observability” as the foundation for making data-driven business strategies and decisions, to include a discussion on managing data problems around the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Facility Health Scores and DSLogon programs for MyHealtheVet and VA.gov to help improve MIM notifications.
