The VA Way – Lessons learned and applied over a decade of Business Relationship Management

The Department of Veterans Affairs is the largest civilian department in the United States federal government supporting a diverse and geographically dispersed customer-base. Business Relationship Management is a crucial factor in ensuring Veterans receive the quality services they are due.

First put into practice in 2013, the VA has learned many lessons over the past decade on how to apply Business Relationship Management. This session shall dive into both lessons learned and what solutions the VA has put into practice to enhance the role and its reputation of Business Relationship Managers as a key part of IT success.
