Amid challenges to EHR rollout, the VA is working to enhance the clinician and Veteran experience and ensure greater reliability and productivity for electronic health record systems. The VA and VHA are working to leverage commercial services and engage with industry partners to foster collaboration on new technologies and solutions to continuously improve patient safety, care quality, and delivery of Veteran healthcare.
