As we transition websites to WordPress, we will list them here. We maintain this list to let others know what is complete, in the development process, or planned. These are only the sites in the WordPress VIP environment and does not include any VA self-hosted sites.

After reviewing a wide variety of options, we chose WordPress because it is content-centric and doesn't require dedicated developers to make basic changes. The resources available are very capable for the vast majority of use cases. Organizations with special requirements can hire developers to extend the capabilities.
While our theme and framework are not the US Web Design System code base, we use the guiding principles as our roadmap. We focus on accessibility and usability.
The sites using WordPress can vary greatly, and we needed a platform that is flexible enough to allow us some creative freedom to meet the business requirements. We make changes along the way to maintain the necessary contol.
