Product description

Vyopta Realtime Analytics provides a color-coded dashboard that shows overall call quality, indicating quality performance based on network statistics in real-time. This information provides insight into the status and quality of VA Video Connect (VVC) key system statistics. All calls can be grouped by percentage and by quality, and individual calls can be examined for additional information. Vyopta shows the percentage usage of call control resources and licenses daily.

How we use Vyopta Realtime Analytics at VA

Vyopta Realtime Analytics provides real time, color-coded dashboards capturing call quality between medical staff and Veterans. For calls experiencing poor quality, Vyopta Realtime Analytics will provide on the spot troubleshooting to help improve performance and reliability of the video services, supporting VHA staffโ€™s increased ability to provide care to patients.
