RefWorks simplifies the process of research, collaboration, data organization, and writing by providing an easy-to-use tool for citation, bibliography, and reference management. In addition, RefWorks offers around-the-clock support and empowers library administrators to define institutional reference list styles and analyze usage across the institution.

RefWorks save the user time by having the ability to:

  • Save an unlimited number of references, full-text, or other research material
  • Organize data within folders and tags
  • Read and annotate documents with highlights and comments from anywhere.
  • Automatically complete citation data using the ProQuest database for users.
