Nintex Automation Cloud for Government (NAC-G)

Nintex Workflow allows federal, state, and local agencies to automate both simple and sophisticated business processes, such as approving and signing documents or hiring and onboarding employees. With a simple drag-and-drop, no-code interface users can design workflows, forms, and tasks, as well as integrate third-party platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and more. With these capabilities, users can create a seamless experience that minimizes manual touchpoints and streamlines efficiency. Through Workflow Connections, organizations control which third-party services they connect their workflows to and know their data is secure and compliant throughout the process.

This tool is used by nearly all organizations in VA, including VHA, VBA, OIT, and other VACO Corporate entities. It is an alternative to SharePoint Designer and gives non-IT users a tool for building business processes and automated workflows. Currently there are over 1500 Nintex workflows in use across the VA on-premise SharePoint farms.
