Medallia GovCloud provides VA administrations and program offices the capabilities needed to capture and analyze experience feedback to make resourcing decisions that impact how likely Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors are to choose VA. Medallia provides web/social, text, video, speech, messaging, and online feedback. ​In addition, Medallia leverages machine learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to detect patterns and predict behavior, allowing administrators to configure reports, dashboards, surveys, and text analytics, then direct goals and action management, ultimately mitigating risk and providing data-driven decision-making.

How we use Medallia GovCloud at VA

Medallia GovCloud provides action workflows to users for customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and overall business performance. This tool allows VA to centralize the capture and analysis of customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) data, allowing VA to make better strategic decisions on impactful resourcing, meet operational goals, and ultimately improve Veteran trust in VA. Data inputs can include email, text (SMS), web, social, mobile, and contact centers.
