The Itamar Dispatcher Cloud (IDC) service is a low impact SaaS solution that supports authorized medical service providers conducting home sleep apnea tests utilizing WatchPATONE FDA cleared disposable medical device. The cloud-based solution supports a seamless and expedited transmission of sleep study data from the patient to VA medical service providers.

VA departments will use the solution for downloading sleep study data from a wearable mobile device that collects patient sleep patterns. The IDC service supports multiple organizations and agency clients leveraging a shared services model. This system is used to verify data coming from the patient is part of an active study in Somnoware. Somnoware is under a VA Authority to Operate and has an approved MOU ISA which includes WatchPATONE

How we use Itamar Dispatcher Cloud at VA

VA departments will use the cloud-based solution to support a seamless and expedited transmission of sleep study data from the patient to VA medical service providers. The Itamar Dispatcher Cloud (IDC) service supports multiple organizations and agency clients leveraging a shared services model. Since WatchPATONE is disposed of in the patient’s home, minimal staff time and handling is required to process the home sleep study.
