Huron Accelerators Platform

The platform is composed of three components: the Leader Evaluation Manager (LEM) software application, the Patient Call Manager (PCM) software application, and the Huron Rounding software application. With the Leader Evaluation Manager , organizations can guarantee that all employees get the same leadership experience, practice the same evidence-based tactics and are held accountable to the same behavioral standards. With the Patient Call Manager, healthcare organizations can prioritize and connect patients with caregivers to ease transitions from in-person care to home. This fully HIPAA-compliant tool allows healthcare staff to serve as quality touchpoints and ensure quality outcomes along a patient’s continuum of care from pre-visit calls through post-visit. The Huron Rounding application helps organizations easily collect quality, safety, satisfaction, and other audit and compliance data for analysis and reporting.
