It enables inspections, audits, and surveys across VA-issued computers and mobile devices using the ExAM4Inspections app from the VA App Catalog. ExAM provides real-time dashboards and reports to support management at all levels.
ExAM is currently utilized for Environmental Management Services (EMS), Nutrition and Food Services (NFS), Hand Hygiene tracking, and infection control protocols. It can also be configured for other inspection and data collection needs. Common applications include:ย
