EBSCO Discovery Service provides VA Registered Nurses and VA Physicians a centralized search engine using a Google-like interfaced tool that allows clinicians to complete medical research using one search engine instead of searching multiple publication sites and using different search engines, such as PubMed and Google.
EBSCO Discovery Service is a Google-like interfaced single centralized search engine allowing a single search to gather salient articles and journals within and outside of PubMed. This product is accessed through the SharePoint portal of the Erie VA. The link takes the VA Staff or Clinician to a google-like search bar. There they enter their search parameters and are given articles that relate to their search.
