DocuSign simplifies paperwork with reusable templates to send, sign, and receive important documents securely. Instead of having to sign paper documents and mail them to the recipient, the user can quickly create a digitized signature (or initials, date, etc.). The user simply clicks to place into the proper field on the digital documents, which are then sent immediately to the recipient. These digital documents eliminate travel time and are legally binding, just like paper copies.

DocuSign simplifies the signing and sending of legal documents. It’s a secure digitized process that allows for the documents to be reviewed by the recipient and any mistakes or changes to be quickly corrected. The user can sign their documents in person or remotely by using their own computer, tablet, or smartphone. It also requires less paper which is always good for the environment.

DocuSign is approved for use with a moderate ATO to send digital documents to patients for their signatures. Data elements can include first and last names, email addresses, documents and forms, signatures, dates of birth, and the last four digits of Social Security numbers.

DocuSign supports HR, VHA Research and Development, Credentialing, and Provisioning workflows.
