How we use CareLink at VA
Carelink is used by the National Endocrinology and Diabetes Program to see PGHD (Patient Generated Health Data) collected by the Medtronic insulin pumps. This includes crucial data points such as insulin usage, glucose readings, and comprehensive reports. This data is required by clinicians to make medical decisions and interventions.
