Adobe Connect enables remote team collaboration with its virtual web conferencing, presentation, desktop sharing, and remote training abilities. It allows various VA program offices the option to host web conferences without sacrificing the ability to interact with large groups beyond the firewall. It has been heavily utilized in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

How we use Adobe Connect Managed Services (ACMS-GC) at VA

VA employees use Adobe Connect for services that are not offered through other video conferencing platforms such as digital trainings, breakout rooms, and more dynamic presenter abilities.
