Product description

Juniper Mist uses a combination of machine learning and data science techniques to replace manual troubleshooting tasks with automated wireless operations, making Wi-Fi predictable, reliable, and measurable and providing unique visibility into user service levels. Organizations can set up and track key wireless criteria, such as time to connect, capacity, coverage, and throughput. Anomaly detection automatically captures packets for event correlation and builds network intelligence with radio resource management (RRM) at the client level.

How we use Juniper Mist at VA

The Juniper Mist system is used by VA OIT Operations and Engineering staff for management of, and connectivity to, the Wi-Fi network. Some locations additionally offer Enterprise Guest Wi-Fi services that allow Veterans and their family members to access the network completely isolated from the VA Enterprise network.
