ServiceNow

The flexible ServiceNow platform includes easy-to-use, point-and-click tools to help users smoothly navigate a variety of workflows customized for each department. The platform provides web intuitiveness to aid the user, plus unprecedented process automation. It is used largely by government IT departments, resource managers, and shared support services. It contains a special suite of tools designed specifically for government workers, which uses a Continental United States (CONUS)-based dedicated infrastructure to securely process, store, and transmit government information using a multi-instance architecture.

ServiceNow makes it easy for employees to get what they need, when they need it. It’s one platform that can be used by many different departments, thanks to its customizable workflows. It maintains a robust data storage capacity for easy access by multiple users.

ServiceNow applications cover all Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes. It provides a handy help desk platform for the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 level Human Resources and HRIT departments. ServiceNow is authorized for authority to operate (ATO) moderate usage; it can include limited protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable information (PII).
