Software Product Management leverages expertise in software development and IT solutions to increase efficiency, reduce technical debt, and modernize offerings to support VA’s priorities and ultimately enhance the Veteran experience. We use a Product Line Management Model and DevSecOps processes to release better software faster and safer, tailored to the needs of the end user.

We support VA’s digital transformation in advancing software solutions that improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and modernize our services.

Some of our latest work

  • A focus on modernization under the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act, which will provide a digital-first, Veteran-centric model to transform the way VA delivers benefits and services.
  • Enhancements to the Digital GI Bill (DGIB) platform that enables timely and accurate delivery of payments, real-time eligibility and benefit information, and first contact resolution for enrolled Veterans.
  • Retail and finance modernization of the Veteran Canteen Service to enhance the user experience at these sites.
  • Migration of over 16 billion medical images to the Imaging as a Managed Service (IaaMS) cloud platform – a major milestone for technological advancement in the storage of enterprise medical images.
  • Divestiture of end-of-life software that oversees, tracks, and coordinates the seamless transition to more modern offerings across VA.

We’re here anytime, day or night - 24/7
