Some of Our Projects
- Investments in automation and flexible solutions to ensure connectivity and redundancy of local and wide area networks at VA locations across the nation.
- Deploying critical updates and upgrades to the platforms and applications that VA employees use to collaborate, including “new Teams” and other enhanced products within the Microsoft suite.
- Continuing the telephony modernization across the enterprise — particularly the Veteran Crisis Line, which is itself a critical component for Veteran suicide prevention — ensuring uninterrupted access to this lifesaving offering in partnership with VHA.
