Inventory and Asset Management
The VLogic Facility Management (VLogicFM) system is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) designed to provide users with real-time facilities information. VLogicFM equips facilities management staff with an overview of facilities usage, as well as data from sensors (i.e. motion sensors, water sensors, etc.) installed within various facilities. VLogicFM leverages multiple modules that end-users can access via the VLogicFM Graphic User Interface (GUI).
Each Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 facility uses VLogicFM to store and maintain current versions of their drawings to share with Architecture and Engineering (A/E) firms for construction projects. VLogicFM creates databases for reporting to VHA for Capital Asset Inventory and Life Safety compliance to The Joint Commission (TJC). VLogicFM supports VA employees with real-time space utilization management by providing detailed information on all spaces within VA-owned buildings. It also produces reports to assist management in determining which spaces are underutilized, not correctly utilized, and require renovation and equipment replacements.
