Revenue Cycle Pro provides a complete reference source for compliance issues. It assists in analyzing financial problems, resolving claim disputes, reviewing medical necessity issues, and appealing rejection decisions.
Revenue Cycle Pro allows accounts payable (AP) departments within VA to confirm that outside health providers are submitting bills within the standard rates. It provides up-to-date answers to tough questions about coding, billing, coverage, and reimbursement and resolves problems to minimize non-compliance exposure. Medical cost analysts within the VA use Revenue Cycle Pro with a diagnosis-related group (DRG) to update medical costs in the internal VA system.
For SaaS products that do not contain VA-owned data*, there is now an expedited process that does not require a traditional VA authority to operate (ATO). Criteria include the following:
