Lexis+ for Government is a legal research solution that supports legal professionals at government agencies through an indexed, searchable collection of legal content. Users can view and compare legislation, regulations, and court rules related to a particular subject across U.S. states. The platform also includes document upload and analysis capabilities, using artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded briefs, memos, and other legal documents to assist in building and strengthening arguments. Users can copy, save, annotate, and share research documents and searches with colleagues and stakeholders, supporting collaboration on legal work.

How we use Lexis+ for Government at VA

The Office of General Counsel will use Lexis + to produce timely and accurate legal reviews, more effective litigation preparation, and other legal services to VA. The document analysis tool, an embedded feature of Lexis+, allows users to upload briefs, memos and other legal documents for assistance in researching relevant legal authorities and offering options to strengthen arguments.
