CrestPoint Unified EMS Platform is a web-based, single-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed to support Environmental Management Services (EMS) operations across Veterans Health Administration facilities. It centralizes data management for key EMS functions such as sanitation inspections, textile services, waste management, pest control, asset tracking, budgeting, and project oversight. Hosted on a FedRAMP-authorized AWS environment, the platform provides standardized reporting, configurable dashboards, and multi-level user access to meet local, regional, and national operational needs. Its scalable architecture and measured service features help organizations monitor performance, support process improvements, and maintain continuity across diverse EMS activities.

How we use CrestPoint Unified EMS Platform at VA

CrestPoint EMS Software Platform is used by the VISN 8 Sunshine Healthcare Veteran Integrated Service Network to track trends and make managing business operations for environmental programs easier. The SaaS Solution will be used to manage the following scopes of service: Healthcare Sanitation, Textile Management, Groundskeeping, Waste Management, Integrated Pest Management, Rounding Audits/Inspections, Asset Management, Task Frequency Analysis (TFA) Staffing Model Guidance, and Cost/Budget Management.
