Cofense PhishMe contains four modules, two of which are SaaS.

  • Triage – (SaaS) online interface that allows CSOC Cyber Incident Response to view and act upon the reported emails.
  • Intelligence (SaaS) – collects and correlates intelligence regarding active phishing campaigns in the wild that allows feeds into Triage to assist in the proper categorization and prioritization of the reported emails.
  • Simulator (non-SaaS) – online interface that allows CSOC External Assessment Services staff to create and execute phishing assessments across the VA enterprise in a much simpler manner.
  • PhishMe Reporter (non-SaaS) – an Outlook Add-In via an API that allows all VA email users to report an email with one click of a button

How we use Cofense PhishMe at VA

CSOC External Assessment Service Team utilizes this to collect, correlate, categorize, prioritize, and respond to reported emails.

This product is not available outside of CSOC External Assessment Service Team.
