Archibus

Archibus is a SaaS-based integrated workplace management system that provides various tools to facilitate the management of facilities and buildings within an organization. The Archibus system starts with Archibus Foundations, an application that provides a baseline toolset targeting facilities-related asset management space planning, energy management risk management, and capital project management. Archibus Foundations can be upgraded with additional tooling to enable specialized management of building information modeling or building operations and maintenance, as well as customer organizations, to support a breadth of customer-integrated workplace management system requirements.

VHA Office of Community Care, in addition to several health care systems in VISN 17, use Archibus to maintain accurate facilities data, to include project funding submissions, departmental assignments, space utilization, and space usage requests.
