MARi

MARi is an enterprise-wide, cloud-based, AI-driven career intelligence platform for academic and workplace skills. MARi can consume large sets of heterogeneous data and longitudinally track a person’s knowledge, skills, and abilities throughout their entire life. Using real-time predictive and prescriptive analytics, MARi, can match a person with any job or skill, show them the gaps they need to fill to reach their goals, and make recommendations on how to close those gaps. An intelligent “whole person” skill repository allows MARi to apply predictive and prescriptive algorithms for both individuals and teams. This enables real-time and overtime proficiency visualizations for both current and future jobs or tasks.

The VHA Institute for Learning, Education and Development (iLEAD) uses MARi as a Learning Record Store (LRS). MARi collects and reports on key specialized data via the Application Programming Interface (API) standard, such as time spent on individual online learning activities and sub scores. Users may accesses courses at home, similar to the existent Talent Management System (TMS).
