Product description

The Next Generation Cloud Platform (NGCP) structure provides easy entry for a new application into a FedRAMP-certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment and access to continuous internal monitoring. The platform currently includes four Application Modules: Employee Performance Management (ePerformance), Environmental Program Information Management System (EPIMS), n.SITE for Connect:Direct transmissions of government data, and e.POWER for Business Process Management. Multiple SaaS products can be deployed on the same reusable framework.

How we use Next Generation Cloud Platform at VA

The Office of Information and Technology (OIT) uses the Next Generation Cloud Platform (NGCP) as an enterprise performance management system. OIT leverages the Employee Performance Management (ePerformance) component of NGCP, which integrates with the Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) and enables staff to create and manage employee performance plans in compliance with existing policy and procedures.
