TriageXpert Cloud is a physician-written, evidence-based clinical decision support tool that generates a comprehensive triage note. Through a custom algorithm and natural language processing, clinical users are guided through a targeted medical history with a recommended treatment path. TriageXpert is available as an API or easy to deploy widget.
TriageXpert Cloud is the new SaaS version of an on-prem solution used by Triage Access Nurses (TAN) to help triage a patient’s symptoms. TriageXpert Cloud supports efficiency for the high volume of Veterans in clinical triage, via telephonic triage and health services. With TriageXpert Cloud, TANs can quickly reference Veteran health information to provide efficient care. In doing so, health care organizations can help manage a high volume of clinical triage.
