WebMD Ignite (formerly listed as Krames On-Demand) is an extensive library of information written specifically for patients and covers diseases and conditions, diagnoses and treatments, surgeries and procedures, and wellness and safety for the VA patients. Clinical staff can go onto the website, search for specific conditions or procedures within the WebMD Ignite website, print off the education hand-outs, and provide them to the VA patients.
WebMD Ignite allows clinicians 24/7 access to search or browse numerous health/patient education in various specialty areas and print of the health and drug information a patient may need. The patient education content or provided to VA patients are very informational and easy to read.
