In May 2018, VA awarded Cerner Corp. a contract to replace its current electronic health record systems with a commercial off-the-shelf solution, Cerner Millennium. On May 29, 2019, the Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM) hosted an Industry Day event in Arlington, Virginia. OEHRM leadership, in coordination with Cerner and Booz Allen Hamilton, provided attendees with a program update and solicited potential partners to support the program through innovative solutions.
