The Connectivity and Collaboration Services (CCS) team delivers world class Telephony, Network, and Collaboration Services in an environment that encourages transparency, innovation, flexibility, fiscal responsibility, and accountability with 100% focus on Veteran outcomes.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CCS serves at the forefront of VA\u2019s digital transformation, enabling enterprise collaboration and connecting Veterans to VA through secure and resilient voice, video, data, and messaging services. Whether it\u2019s through virtual meetings, team collaboration, contact centers, telehealth, and more, our services unleash VA\u2019s digital potential, \u201cConnecting Everyone to Everything.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • Investments in automation and flexible solutions to ensure connectivity and redundancy of local and wide area networks at VA locations across the nation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deploying critical updates and upgrades to the platforms and applications that VA employees use to collaborate, including \u201cnew Teams\u201d and other enhanced products within the Microsoft suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
